Responsibilities include:

• Conduct Entry Condition Reports
• Monday - Saturday with an RDO midweek.
• Conduct midweek and Saturday open homes.
• Schedule and conduct Routine Inspections
• Rent Increases
• Assist Property Managers with ad-hoc tasks
• Onboard new tenancies
• Draft Residential Tenancy Agreements
• Create and lodge rental bond

What you’ll require:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
• A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills across all mediums
• High level organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• The ability to build relationships with clients
• A can-do attitude ideally with aspirations of becoming a Property Manager
• Experience essential, previous leasing or reception experience is sufficient
