This is a short-term assignment to analyse and document the business requirements for many online paper forms that are to be digitised using the Pega development platform. The role will involve: reviewing documentation and processes, participation in workshops and meetings with project specialists to capture the required information for digitisation.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the Digital Portfolio Team, you will work with the Senior Business Analyst to plan, support and deliver business analysis work for approved initiatives.
• You will review and analyse current documentation and business processes to assist in identifying and documenting the business requirements for each form.
• Support and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issue management.

Necessary experience:

• Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst, managing deliverables independently against rapidly shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in participation within business requirements workshops.
• Experience in Agile development and participation in daily scrums.
• Experience in creating Jira stories and tasks.
• Experience with Confluence and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience consulting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
