A government agency is seeking a business analyst to work on the transition towards a new enterprise content management solution.

About the Role

Our client is implementing a new Enterprise Content Management solution which will replace current legacy applications that support correspondence management.

In this role, you will become a subject matter expert by reviewing and building upon existing current-state information, collaborating closely with business representatives, project team members, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and understand current-state processes.
• Develop and obtain approvals on 'to-be' business process maps aligned with the agreed framework once the new solution is identified.
• Contribute to solution design activities, ensuring business needs are accurately represented.
• Support data migration efforts by providing insight into business requirements and data mapping.
• Collaborate on testing strategies and execution to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs.

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ECM or similar system implementation projects.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst within government organisations (Advantageous)
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and with external partners.
