In this role you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the full payroll function and daily payroll operations
• Being the first point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries
• Maintaining, revising, and authorising timesheets using time & attendance software
• Providing accurate payroll data to management and collaborating with HR to align with company policies
• Preparing monthly reports and contributing to payroll-related projects

To be successful in this role:

• 3+ years’ payroll experience in a similar role
• Exceptional communication & customer service skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider (preferred but not essential)
• knowledge of employment legislation, superannuation & statutory requirements
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and exceptional organisational skills
