Spare Parts Interpreter/ Service Assistant

Godings Geelong is a Kubota agricultural and construction machinery dealership is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter/ Service Advisor who has the drive and commitment to go that extra mile for our customers. This role would be an ideal position for an ex agricultural or excavation mechanic looking to move into an office role.

Reporting to the Business manager, you will assist in: -

• Providing fast and accurate parts interpretations, and exceptional customer service
• Provide assistance to the Service Manager
• Assist with other general duties and tasks as required
• Ensure all company policies and OHS and safety procedures are adhered to.

To be successful in this role, applicants MUST possess the following skills or experience: -

• Agricultural or construction machinery experience preferred.
• A competent level of IT literacy, and experience with Parts Diagrams and DMS software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in areas such as house keeping
• Current driver’s license.
• Current Forklift License
• A positive work ethic with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work full time.
