We are seeking an enthusiastic Spare Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team located in Marrickville, NSW.

As an Automotive Parts Interpreter - You are the first point of contact with our customers, both in person and over the phone, consulting and assisting them with product information and queries.

This is a Monday - Friday Full-Time position. (With Weekend work and overtime also available)

Duties and Responsibilities -

• Receiving and Processing customer orders
• Stock management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and practicable work environment, adhering to OH&S requirements
• Basic maintenance and general housekeeping
• Pick, Pack & Dispatch customer orders
• Other tasks as directed from time to time

• Strong automotive general knowledge
• Great customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Be a motivated individual with the ability to learn new tasks efficiently
• Positive verbal communication skills
• Can prioritize any given workload

Whilst previous Parts Interpreting experience will be highly regarded, Don't hesitate to apply if you have a strong automotive knowledge base and/or previous experience in an equivalent industry. We are looking for someone willing to learn, with a positive can-do attitude. Full systems training is provided!

A valid Australian driver's license is required.

The Nature of Automotive warehousing means there is some heavy (up to 20kg) Lifting involved from time to time.
