Your job will be to mentor clients, run coaching calls, set game plans, analyse client data and drive performance.

Most important, you will be responsible for holding our clients accountable to our high standards.

Experience in business coaching, studio management, or account management in a high-performance environment will help—but we’ll train you in everything you need to succeed here.

We are looking for elite Coaches who:

• Are execution-focused – You don’t just give woo woo advice; you ensure clients take action, install systems, and hit numbers
• Know how to hold people accountable – You’re not afraid to challenge clients and call out the excuses holding them back
• Have a coaching-first mindset – You don’t want to spend your time chasing leads or running ads. You just want to coach at the highest level
• Love data, numbers, and performance tracking – You know what to look for in business KPIs and help clients make smarter decisions
• Want to be part of a high-performance team – No lone wolves. We win together

What You Get:

• Solid base salary plus UPCAPPED monthly commission linked to client performance and retention
• Immediate start—we cant keep up with demand, and we don't want to slow down
• Remote role (ideally Eastern Seaboard time zone), with team building days together
• Full training provided, but you’ve already spent three or more years in a similar role
