Job Title: Maintenance Electrician - Rotating Shifts
Hourly Rate: $54 per hour + shift loading & overtime

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join on a rotating shift schedule. This role requires flexibility to work across a combination of day and night shifts, with some early morning hours, as detailed below. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment operates reliably and efficiently.

Shift Schedule Highlights:
This role operates on a two-week rotating shift pattern, with primary shift times as follows:

• Day Shift (D/S): Generally 6am-6pm
• Night Shift (N/S): Typically 6pm-6am
• Early Morning Shifts: Periodically scheduled 4am-8am or 6am-10am

Exact shifts alternate based on a set schedule, which can be shared in detail upon request.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and electrical repairs on plant machinery
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to reduce downtime
• Adhere to safety standards and ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and coordinate with the maintenance team for seamless shift transitions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Trade-qualified Electrician with experience in a manufacturing settings
• Solid knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in manufacturing environments
• Comfortable working across a rotating shift schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
