What You’ll Be Doing…
- Providing onsite and remote IT support for our Brisbane-based team, ensuring minimal downtime
- Managing system administration, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and retrieval
- Tracking and managing IT assets, ensuring devices are functional, secure, and up to date
- Coordinating with vendors to manage IT services, licenses, and system improvements
- Developing documentation and providing training to employees on IT best practices
- Assisting with IT-related projects to enhance business operations and security
What Success Looks Like
- Experience in IT support, system administration, or related technical roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering excellent IT service to support a purpose-driven organisation
- Experience using platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Lumary, Splose and remote support tools
- Full working rights and ability to obtain WWCC & Police Check
