The Role & Company
Working as a Contracts Administrator in a professional team and reporting to your Project Manager, you will be exposed to varying forms of build including ECI, Negotiated contracts, Construction Management & Hard Dollar D&C within the commercial building sectors. Stepping up from your current employment as a CA with 2 years post-qualification experience, you will be given the opportunity to run procurement across critical trades under the watchful eye of your mentor. Your development will be assisted by gaining exposure to Head Contract variations and negotiating progress claims before you become ready to eventually lead Head Contract negotiations at contract award stage.

Qualifications & Experience
- You will have completed your degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and have spent time working as a Cadet during your degree
- You will have 2 years' POST-QUALIFICATION experience working as a Contracts Administrator for a commercial builder in Sydney - fitout, refurb and new build all considered
- You will ideally have had exposure to software systems such as Jobpac, Cheops and/or Procore
- You will be looking for a career with a quality Builder and not just for the next pay rise
- You must have full working rights in Australia with a history of working for Australian builders to be considered
