University House at The University of Melbourne seeks an experienced Bar/Bistro attendant to join our staff and deliver exceptional experiences to our members and guests.

We are looking for:

• Energy, professionalism, guest focus
• Bar and Bistro experience
• Keen wine interest/knowledge
• Cellar and stock management, including beer reticulation
• Excellent coffee-making skills
• Excellent English & Communication Skills
• Cash Handling experience
• Bar maintenance experience, including equipment and glassware
• Hygiene and safety standards in handling and storing beverages and bar equipment.

Experience & attributes:

• At least 1 years experience as a Bar Attendant
• Keen wine interest an advantage
• Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Victorian driving licence
