As a Baker, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality bread, pastries, and baked goods. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced bakery where consistency, quality, and efficiency are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure product quality and consistency
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety standards
• Work efficiently in a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery
✅ Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations
✅ Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
✅ A positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
