About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. Key duties will include:

• Managing technical documentation, including Technical & Safety Data Sheets.
  
• Providing technical support to sales and marketing teams.
  
• Manage customer complaint investigations and lead investigations into significant technical & product quality issues.
  
• Provide technical and sales support to the national sales team, ensuring customers are satisfied and product sales are optimised.
  
• Handling customer complaints and quality assurance investigations.
  
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical, mechanical, or construction fields
  
• Has experience in the sealants, adhesives, foams, or industrial sales sector
  
• Possesses strong project management and problem-solving skills
  
• Is proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  
• Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Dutch Language skills are highly desirable but not essential.
