We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our Warehouse team based in Braeside.

As our Warehouse Assistant at KidsCo, your primary responsibilities will include packing materials and resources for our vacation care programs, supporting stock takes and performing general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently pack KidsCo materials and resources for our corporate school holiday programs.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Curriculum Development manager to conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide support during school holidays for bump in and out activities.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving, sorting, and organising incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly and accurately.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and organising materials.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• The ability to lift heavy boxes and materials.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Holds a current Australian Drivers License
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues.
