Job Description:

Position: Warehouse Fulfillment Assistant

Company: Think Global Logistics

Location: 79 WILLANDRA DR, EPPING, Victoria, 3076

Job Type: Part time (Monday to Friday 7am to 1pm)

Start date: ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process inbound cargo, ensuring accuracy in stock records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.
• Book and coordinate couriers for timely deliveries.
• Operate label scanning machines and warehouse management systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation and labelling of shipments.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, and cycle counts.
• Billing to clients for warehouse services as required.

• Monitor warehouse supplies and raise orders when needed to prevent disruptions in operations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment is preferred.

• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and label scanning machines.
• Ability to respond to emails professionally and efficiently, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and other basic office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
