Join a reputable provider of private health insurance across Australia in a full-time, permanent Sales Consultant role based in Chadstone. Our client partners with top health insurance providers, and you will be responsible for working with one specific provider. What's on offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $64,000 - $84,000 p.a. (inclusive of super) + uncapped monthly commissions
  • Experienced candidates can earn an OTE of $180,000+ p.a.
  • All inbound sales calls-NO cold calling

Role Overview:

As a Sales Consultant, you will join a friendly, team-oriented environment in Chadstone, playing a vital role in handling private health insurance sales calls as the first point of contact. You will be responsible for working with one health insurance provider and providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering expert advice to customers to help them choose the right insurance product
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience consistently
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others

Skills and Experience:

Our client is seeking candidates with prior sales experience, ideally within private health insurance. However, experience in other industries such as telecom, leasing, automotive, or solar will also be considered. If you're driven to succeed and have the right background, we encourage you to apply.

  • Clear and effective communication skills
