We are currently taking expressions of interest for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses in mutiple fields to join supportive teams in Regional South Australia. We have multiple roles on offer as part of a hospital or community setting in Regional townships across SA, with great opportunities to develop your career.
Position overview:
- Role: Generalist Registered Nurse in hospital or community setting
- Location: Various Regional locations within South Australia
- Type: Full time and part time positions available
- Salary: Competitive salary in line with EBA entitlements
- Relocation: Up to 3 months free rent can be offered
About the role:
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses who have a wide range of knowledge and specialities working across multiple settings including, but not limited to, Emergency, Acute Care, Aged Care, general medical and Mental Health. You will be working in a small team where you will be the main point of contact on shift so we are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to make quick decisions, escalating situations and experience in managing a team.
Working over a variety of shifts, this role offers many opportunities to develop your skill set and enhance your managerial skills by stepping into 'acting' roles and fantastic opportunities for growth within your nursing career.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within a hospital or community based setting as well as experience managing a team
- A vast experience working across different sectors including experience within acute care which is essential. Experience within an aged care setting is also desirable but not necessary
Compliance Requirements:
- Must have full Australian Working Rights
- National Police Certificate, Working with Children Check and/ or Working with Vulnerable People check
- NDIS workers screening check (or ability to obtain)
- Relevant vaccination and immunisations
- Full Australian Driver's License
