We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our team at Amcal Shearwater Pharmacy on a Full-Time basis.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

· Maintain workplace OHS

· Adhere to Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures

· Coordinate catalogue and in store promotions

· Coordinate staff recruitment, training and development

· Assist customers with enquiries

· Maintain stock control and ordering

· Maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas

· Manage and improve team performance on a continual basis

Skills and Experience

· Effective leadership and management experience

· Current retail pharmacy experience is preferred, but not essential

· Strong merchandising skills

· Outstanding customer service and communication skills

· Strong literacy and numeracy skills

· Skilled computer literacy

· Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player

· Strong business acumen and eye for detail
