About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and passionate Retail Pharmacy Assistant to become a cornerstone of our retail floor. In this pivotal role, you'll work autonomously and/or alongside other team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales across all pharmacy categories, and uphold our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and offer personalised solutions for skincare, haircare, cosmetics, fragrance, vitamins, and OTC needs.
• Provide professional advice and tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Proactively manage stock, including ordering, inventory control, and effective product rotation.
• Maintain meticulous store presentation and cleanliness, particularly in luxury sections.
• Prioritise the sale of slow-moving or high-stock items to manage inventory efficiently.
• Respond promptly and effectively during busy periods, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Handle scripts accurately, professionally, and efficiently, ensuring timely processing.
• Consistently demonstrate initiative by addressing potential issues before they arise.
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures, ensuring a harmonious and professional working environment.

About You:

• Proven experience in pharmacy retail, especially in skincare, cosmetics, haircare, fragrance, vitamins, and OTC products.
• Strong sales skills with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Able to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively.
