Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and energy to the role! To thrive with us, ideally you will have some of the following skillsets:

Exceptional communication skills – the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Strong written skills – clear, concise, and professional documentation and reporting.
Outstanding presentation skills – confidence in delivering information to individuals and groups.
Relevant registration – AHPRA or ESSA (depending on your discipline).
Previous experience in Injury Management – a background in workplace rehabilitation or return-to-work programs is highly regarded.
Clinical Injury Treatment experience – some hands-on experience in assessing, treating, and supporting recovery.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in driving successful return-to-work (RTW) outcomes and ensuring seamless injury management. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing expert RTW advice within a professional corporate health setting.
  • Negotiating physical capacity upgrades to support a safe and timely return to work.
  • Liaising with treating parties (GPs, specialists, physiotherapists) to progress claims effectively.
  • Coordinating RTW programs both onsite and remotely for our clients.
  • Developing tailored RTW plans that align with individual needs and workplace requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Participating in claims and injury management reviews to optimise recovery pathways.
  • Delivering early intervention and injury management services, including gathering relevant medical and workplace documentation.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, insurance brokers, and direct clients to drive positive outcomes.
  • Managing cases with precision, including detailed reporting, case notes, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensuring timely 3-point contact for all new injuries, facilitating smooth claims processes.
  • Coordinating medical consultations, case conferences, and teleconferences as needed.
  • Traveling to client and employer sites to conduct workplace meetings and assessments.
