Your Role: Store Manager

Take the reins and lead a high-energy team of up to 6 in our vibrant QSR environment. The Store itself is small in size but BIG everywhere else; BIG on flavours, BIG on customer experience and BIG in ambition - This is your chance to make an impact by:

• Inspiring your team to deliver top-notch service and exceptional quality
• Getting hands-on with food prep, inventory management and back-of-house efficiency
• Implementing processes, policies and training to empower your crew

• Experienced in supervision or management within hospitality or retail
• Confident in rostering, COGS management, and performance optimization
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where fresh, delicious food takes center stage
• Brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for great service
• Culinary experience is a bonus, but with the right mindset and willingness to learn, we’ll train you to excel
