📌 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day office operations, scheduling & workflow
- Handling customer inquiries, bookings & invoicing
- Liaising with suppliers, technicians & clients
- Managing stock levels & ordering supplies
- Processing accounts payable/receivable & general admin tasksEnsuring smooth communication between teams

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years experience in office administration
- Strong organisational & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace & accounting software (MYOB/Xero preferred)
- Experience with ServiceM8 preferred
- Ability to multitask & work independently
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
