Are you an admin whiz with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for an Administration Coordinator to support our clients livestock operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork. This is a 6 month parental leave 6 role with strong potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be available within 1 weeks notice.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance, data integrity, and smooth day-to-day processing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things organised, this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks related to livestock processing
Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining compliance with industry regulations
Producing high-quality reports for key stakeholders
Supporting seamless communication between teams and suppliers
Identifying risks and ensuring compliance at every step
Building a culture of integrity and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail – you spot the small things that matter
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
A cool head under pressure – you make decisions with confidence
Personal integrity and accountability – you take ownership of your work
Experience with Australian livestock legislation (or a willingness to learn!)
Strong data entry skills – accuracy is key in this role
