Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $145,368 - $168,130 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
The Associate Director Workplace Relations provides high level advice on workplace relations matters for the Ministry of Health, public health organisations and related government agencies to support the achievement of NSW Health’s workplace relations objectives
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Significant experience in the analysis and management of major industrial relations situations and projects in a multi disciplinary environment
- Significant knowledge and understanding of State and Federal industrial systems, with significant experience in the interpretation and application of industrial processes and policies.
- Significant skill and experience in the conduct of complex and sensitive negotiations including analysing potential financial and industrial implications and preparing and advocating cases before Industrial Commissions and relevant courts/tribunals.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing all aspects of policy research, development, review and evaluation.
