About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be a key part of their journey—ensuring every visit is welcoming, seamless, and positive. You will manage reception, assist with scheduling, and support the day-to-day operations of our clinic.

Work Hours:

• Morning shifts: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Afternoon shifts: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Approximately 23 hours per week, including Saturday mornings.
• Occasional flexibility for team events, professional development, or coverage.

What You Will Be Doing

• Greeting and assisting patients with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently.
• Handling patient records with confidentiality.
• Supporting chiropractors during consultations as needed.
• Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Responding to patient inquiries professionally.
• Performing general admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
