The role
Are you an enthusiastic, friendly, and bubbly individual with a passion for administrative tasks and customer service?
Our client is seeking for a dedicated and energetic Site Administrator to join their dynamic project team based in Ballarat, supported by their Head Office in West Perth. The expected start date is in early April on a 5:2 Monday to Friday schedule, with work hours 6am-3pm.
This is a casual contract role with the possibility of extension beyond 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with mobilisation of work force.
- Perform site inductions, prepare site packs and collate site dockets
- Prepare toolbox and pre-start content. Collate and check plant pre-starts, Hazchats & toolbox talks
- Coordinate site inspections and site deliveries
- Prepare requisitions, goods receipts and raise purchase orders
- Collate and control quality documentation such as ITP’s and Timesheets
- Maintain files, records and reports. Collate and distribute reports and correspondence
- Assist HSE and Quality teams when required
- Take minutes on client meetings and document interface
- Manage and maintain clothing, PPE and other office/site supplies
- General administration and ordering of stationery and staff amenities
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in similar site-based operations position
- Demonstrated project administration experience
- Previous experience working on heavy industrial site preferred with ability to work longer hours and weekend work
- Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
- Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
- Strong clients focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
