Role Overview:

We are seeking a self-driven seasoned professional who is energetic, passionate for driving outcomes and knows the real work is always outside the box. You will stop at nothing to achieve and smash goals, you are well tested and know how to achieve results. You will work alongside a team focused on achieving a collective goal and best outcome for our partners.

Working B2B and B2C, you will be responsible for creating, deploying and optimizing key campaigns including automation, segmenting and retention programs for our e-com sites that move the needle… you will be familiar with sayings like ‘move the needle!’

With lazer focus you know that the 1 and 2%ers add up to be big wins! This is a great opportunity to work alongside and grow with our sales division and assist with key client relationships across both brands in the retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deploy pre and post-sale automations.
• Customer list segmentation.
• EDM creative and copy ability.
• Assist our sales manager with EDM creation and list segmentation.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads within relevant markets through marketing strategy.
• Collaborate to develop and implement effective sales strategies targeted for dealers.
• Achieve and exceed team-based targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Klaviyo account management and expertise.
• Proven experience in marketing retail and/ or merchandizing, eyewear, fashion, or apparel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment driven to achieving results.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a proactive problem solver- there are only solutions! Your cup is always half full.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable.
• Detail focused.
• Team spirited.
• Familiarity with CRM software for sales management.
