Uber is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive individual to assist with an Operations support role in the Consumer team. In this role you'll own the ideation, execution and analysis of promotional campaigns to acquire and engage Uber One members.

About the Role
As a contractor within the Consumer team, you will continuously experiment with new ways to communicate the magic of Uber One with our customers. You will work closely with a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to run Uber One acquisition campaigns, focusing on acquiring new Uber One members and optimising for their retention.

Location: Melbourne or Sydney preferred
Hours: (Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm)
Uniform: Casual - whatever you're comfortable in
Pay rate: $44.42/hr + super

What you'll do:
- Own the campaign deployment process, including promotion setup, QA process, CRM design and copywriting
- Own campaign reporting - Build reporting for live partner campaigns, own & maintain our member acquisition dashboard
- Analyse campaign results to develop insights for continuous improvement and innovation
- Brainstorm with the team to craft the campaigns calendar
- Stakeholder engagement - collaborate with cross functional teams on user experience design and execution of campaigns

What You’ll Need:
- A strong interest in marketing and customer experience
- Experience developing CRM strategies and campaigns with a working understanding of experimentation (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Organised, and with strong attention to detail
