The Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Team Leader – Sealed Team to oversee our road maintenance and construction programs. In this vital role, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure high-quality work and compliance with the Council's Road Management Plan, contributing to the safety and connectivity of our community

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in road maintenance and construction; a Certificate III in Civil Construction is preferred.
• Skills: Competence in operating relevant plant and equipment, coupled with strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Qualifications: Required certifications include Traffic Control, Chainsaw Operation, First Aid Level 2, and a current driver’s license (heavy rigid preferred).
