Hammertime have now expanded to the Sunshine Coast opening a new factory in Baringa. Our factory has been purpose built to ensure smooth production.

We are 1st generation cabinet makers where the boss is involved at every stage of production, from rubbish removal to install. Over the last 15 years we have created a family orientated company with an incredible young fun and friendly team.

We are now looking to expand our factory team, based at our new location in Aura Business Park.

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking skilled Cabinet Makers and an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in our cutting-edge facility. You will be working with brand new top-of-the-line machinery in a purpose-built environment aimed at maximizing efficiency and quality.

**Responsibilities:**

• Operate & supervise operation of a new Rover AS FT 1836 on - off CNC
• Operate & supervise operation of a new Homag Edgeteq with return system
• Utilize new machinery and tools to ensure precise and efficient construction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience using CNC & edgebanding machinery

- Proficiency in reading plans and understanding specifications.

- Ability to operate woodworking machinery and tools with precision.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
