We have an opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to join the team leading our Kirwan Long Day Care Centre in Townsville.
Our community focused service is licensed for up to 44 children, boasts large indoor and natural outdoor spaces and is well resourced. The successful candidate will lead an established team of Educators who are committed to quality outcomes for children. With an on the ground Area Manager in Townsville, and a quality team of compliance, training and educational specialists a call away, you will be supported from Day 1.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood, Diploma, or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification (required).
- Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring early childhood education and care services.
- Thorough knowledge of early childhood education practices, legislative frameworks, and quality guidelines.
- Strong business and financial management acumen.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
