Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a strong Front Office background? Moonlight Bay Suites is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team!

Moonlight Bay Suites, part of Kimberley Accommodation, offers premium self-contained apartments overlooking Roebuck Bay in the heart of Broome. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.
About the Role
As our Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the property in conjunction with the General Manager, ensuring high standards of service, and supporting the company aims and agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Front Office team to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns effectively
Assist with reservations, revenue management, and reporting tasks
Oversee housekeeping and maintenance coordination to maintain property standards
Support staff training, rostering, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Provide coverage for the General Manager during normal absences and annual leave
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Front Office/Reception experience in the accommodation or hospitality industry
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of hotel booking systems (experience with RMS preferred)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
