Join the dynamic Member Engagement and Communications team as Marketing Retention Specialist, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance member retention, increase member engagement, and maximise member lifetime value.

This role focuses on analysing member data and behaviours, identifying opportunities for retention, and executing targeted communications and campaigns that drive member retention. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Retention Specialist optimises retention initiatives to reduce lapse, improve member satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related field
• 3-5 years or more marketing experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) to analyse member data and identify trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience in health insurance or insurance industry highly regarded
• Exposure to privacy act requirements, Consumer law and Spam Act
• Project management experience
• Exceptional relationship, stakeholder, and influence skills.
• Simplify complex information and customise messaging for different audiences.
