The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our Business Unit in Industrial Solutions in Roma.

You will be supported by our Regional Manager, and the wider Leadership Teams, your success will be built on your people management expertise, ability to foster a strong safety culture, and deep knowledge of transport operations, logistics, fleet management, and financial oversight.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape the future of solid waste operations in the region.

Location Specific Role Accountabilities:

• Roma Solids waste operations process
  
• Regulated Waste yard management
  
• Transport Knowledge:
  
   Driver debriefs - STSD completion
  
   Driver NHVR logbook verification
  
   Driver IVMS validation
  
• Site visits - Bin audits
  
• Actively target diversion from landfill for clients

Essential Tickets / Experience:

• HR license - HC or MC preferred
  
• TILF0006 - Administer a Fatigue Management System
