The Position
As a Legal Assistant your duties will include but not limited to:

• Diary management
• Drafting & amending documents
• Dictation
• Opening & closing files
• Preparing correspondence
• Filing court documents
• Undertaking searches
• Liaising with clients via phone & email and taking instructions

The Candidate

• Experience in Family Law (preferred however experienced legal assistants are encouraged to apply)
• Experience using legal document management systems
• High level attention to detail, proactive
