The Role

Provide legal assistant support to a friendly and down to earth Partner and their team working across a wide range of commercial litigation matters which include company disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, insolvency and professional negligence.

Duties

• Drafting and preparing court, property and other legal documents
• Communicating with clients, barristers and experts
• File management
• Managing diaries
• Preparation of general correspondence
• Monthly billing

Skills & Experience

• Intermediate experience as a commercial or litigation assistant
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
• High level organisational and prioritisation abilities
