We are looking for someone with genuine sales skills and/ or a background in the automotive industry. You will need to be good with people and be accurate with paperwork, a great communicator and be self-motivated. I need you to be enthusiastic, resilient, organised and most of all, honest. I want you to be ambitious, take initiative, and ideally want MY job! You will want to be paid not just an hourly rate but a commission bonus as well for your achievements.

Our showrooms offer you a higher-than-normal level of customer enquiry, just begging to be guided to the perfect vehicle; What you do with it from there will be the key.

The on-site finance, insurance and car care providers mean you can take the customer through the whole journey, from first enquiry to waving them out of the driveway in their new vehicle.

About your remuneration,

Your 'package' is a combination of both a retainer generous commissions, AND the commission is uncapped. My current team members earn between $75,000 and $125,000, (with top performers even higher) I challenge you to be the next top achiever. In this role, you get out what you put in, it's that simple.
