THE ROLE
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for partnering with the business to provide strategic and tactical advice on people related matters to drive compliance, employee engagement, performance and conduct. The role also contributes to organisation-wide people related projects and programs that aim to modernise Vivid’s people practises through improving efficiency and effectiveness and enhancing capability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with senior managers on People related issues including ER matters, performance improvement, people projects and change management.
- Recruitment and selection
- Assist the HR Manager with lifecycle activities including the employee performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Management of employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary action, resolving conflicts, and making recommendations for resolution.
- Develop and deliver information sessions or training aiming to enhance manager and employee capability.
- Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and health and wellness programs.
WHO YOU ARE
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline (preferred)
- This role suits an experienced HR Advisor and someone ready to step and partner with their own client group.
