About the role

This is a full-time role based in Smithfield, NSW, working for Curtain Hardware Australia (NSW) Pty Ltd, a leading provider of premium quality curtain hardware and accessories. As a Delivery Driver / Factory Hand, you will be an integral part of our operations, responsible for making deliveries to our customers as well as supporting various warehouse and manufacturing duties.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operating a light delivery van to transport curtain hardware fittings and accessories to our customers
• Loading and unloading the delivery vehicle
• Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients on deliveries
• Contributing to various assembly and production tasks as required
• Assisting in the warehouse with stock control, picking, packing and dispatching orders
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery van, the warehouse and production areas

What we're looking for

• A valid full driver's licence (minimum of 2 years' experience), with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre items up to 25 kgs
• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment positively and show a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry would be highly regarded
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
