About the role

Curtain Hardware Australia is a wholesale supplier to the Window Furnishing Industry for residential and commercial applications. We are seeking a full-time Delivery Driver/Factory Hand to join our team in Balcatta, WA. In this varied role, you will be responsible for delivering our products to customers in the local area as well as assisting with various tasks in our warehouse and production facility.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a light delivery vehicle to transport and deliver curtain hardware, fittings, and accessories to customers
• Assist with loading and unloading the delivery vehicle
• Carry out various warehouse and factory tasks, such as picking orders, packing, and stock control
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers on deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries and stock
• Contribute to the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse and production facility

What we're looking for

• A valid Australian driver's licence, with a clean driving record
• Experience in a similar delivery or logistics role, ideally within the manufacturing or retail industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items to 25kg
