The Role

Looking for a personal injuries lawyer to run approx. 40 files of varying levels of complexity depending on experience. The work includes CTP, WorkCover, PIPA, and Medical Negligence. You will be mentored by the senior staff while assessing liability and quantum, drafting correspondence and pleadings, gathering evidence, investigating claims and preparing matters for settlement or trial. Good flexibility of hours to suit you to work to the best of your ability.

You

Our client is seeking a personal injuries lawyer who can work autonomously on a broad range of plaintiff personal injuries files (including med neg if interested) with weekly meetings for strategy on files.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ yrs experience with personal injury law
• Ability to run files autonomously
• Good communication skills and able to confidently speak with clients
• Keen attitude
• Ambition
• Strong work ethic
