Join a Personal Injury boutique law firm, located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. A firm which prides itself on commitment to client care and determination to achieve desirable outcomes. This supportive and collaborative team is seeking a part-time (3-4 days) Paralegal/Assistant to contribute to their continued success.

THE ROLE
As a Paralegal/Assistant your main duties include:
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
- Prepare, review, and revise legal documents ensuring compliance with legal standards and accuracy
- Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and manage schedules for hearings, depositions, and other critical events
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with billable hours and preparing client invoices, ensuring accurate documentation of time spent on legal services

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 2 years of personal injury experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Proficiency in LEAP
- Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with the court process and procedures
- A can-do approach to work
