Our client is a leading provider of high-quality, innovative outdoor products, offering a comprehensive range of heavy-duty outdoor furniture, shade sails, shelters, and outdoor infrastructure. They specialize in serving schools, local councils, and government bodies, with a strong focus on durability and functionality.

They are seeking a proactive administration professional to join their team!

About the Role

Location: Caringbah NSW (100% office-based)

Days and Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday

**The working hours are flexible, with start times between 8:00–9:00am and finish times between 4:00–5:00pm, depending on the agreed start time.

This pivotal role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager of Administration and the team, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

  • Reporting directly to the Manager of Administration.
  • Act as an office allrounder, assisting with a variety of tasks
  • Prepare quotes and sales reports.
  • Support marketing efforts, including drafting social media posts, EDMs, and blog content.
  • Prepare brochures and other promotional materials.
  • Provide overflow assistance for incoming phone calls.
  • Manage stationery and grocery orders.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, Outlook, Adobe, Mailchimp, and Photoshop; familiarity with other software is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in drafting professional content.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to take initiative.
