Administrative Support Specialist – Property Investment
📍 Location: Sydney Office (Hybrid: 3+ days in-office, up to 2 days WFH)
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Skills & Experience
✅ Proven experience in an administrative, operational, or executive support role
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills – you’re great at multitasking
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you’ll be a key part of the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Office Management
- Welcome and assist clients and guests, ensuring a professional office environment
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, stocked, and running efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage office correspondence
- Maintain stationery levels and oversee office supplies
Operations & Administration
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
- Assist with new starter onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Process invoices, manage expenses, and support financial admin tasks
- Assist in organizing team social events
Post-Contract & Client Support
- Liaise with third parties (mortgage brokers, conveyancers, inspectors, property managers) to facilitate seamless settlements
- Keep clients updated on their settlement progress, ensuring all their questions are answered
- Support the buyers' agents and directors with administrative tasks and property proposals
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist with Lazy Equity podcast marketing and content management
- Manage client email newsletters and social media updates
