An exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner (Principal Finance Analyst) to join the Finance Team at a leading global financial software company.

You will be the Key contributor in planning and driving the business growth and profitability for the AUS & the Emerging Markets portfolio of the business, while partnering with Go-to-Market teams and supporting the business strategy for Sales & Marketing in Australia through strategic analysis, financial modelling, and forecasting to optimize growth opportunities. This role will also be responsible for managing OpEx and headcount related activities.

What your exciting days will look like:

• Partner with senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and analytics to drive business growth.
• Lead forecasting, business modelling, and financial analysis to influence investment decisions and optimise ROI for Sales & Marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and additional opportunities for growth using your sound commercial acumen.
• Proactively highlight risks, opportunities, and outcomes to the leadership teams through detailed "what-if" scenarios and business case modelling.
• Drive business performance by influencing leadership across Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams with impactful financial strategies and analysis.

What you'll bring to the team:

• 5+ years of FP&A experience preferably in a SaaS or Cloud Computing/Tech environment (ideally supporting Sales & Marketing functions)
• Strong Commercial acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide robust Business Case Modelling to drive decision-making.
• Must have strong Hyperion Essbase experience for financial modelling and analysis.
• Proficient in MS Suite with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills, and knowledgeable with Google workspace, Google meet etc.
• Confident with strong emotional intelligence to communicate effectively with senior executives and non-finance stakeholders.
• A track record of leadership, initiative, and delivering exceptional business results.
• Preferably has a CPA/CMA qualification, paired with an undergraduate degree in Business (BBA/BCom) or an MBA.
