Job Title: Heavy Vehicle Driver / Removalist

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: 50 Winterton Road, Clayton VIC 3168

Supervisors: Aaron (Operations & Warehouse Manager) and Kim (Director)

Responsibilities

As part of our team, your key duties will include:

Safely loading and unloading furniture items for installations, collections, and deliveries across Melbourne.

Managing the truck team to ensure efficient operations onsite.

Assisting with warehouse tasks such as pre-pulling jobs, pre-loading trucks, maintaining cleanliness, and stock organization.

Delivering NDIS packages and Create Interiors orders.

Supporting art hanging and furniture repairs when required.

Skills & Experience Required

Qualifications:

Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in the removals or similar industry.

Experience in property styling (preferred but not required).

Skills:

Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and damage-free delivery of furniture items.

Excellent hygiene practices.

Ability to work with own initiative.

Remuneration & Benefits

Probation Period (8 weeks): $40 per hour.

Post-probation: Permanent full-time position with an annual salary of (TDC) + 11% superannuation.

Additional benefits: 76 hours of sick/carer’s leave annually and 4 weeks of paid annual leave.
