LET’S EXPLORE THE ROLE

This is a role requiring an individual with drive, ability to work autonomously, creativity and passion to take BAI into new markets, new customers and new high growth opportunities. You will ideally have proven solution sales success in wireless solutions, in addition to proven sales and relationships in focus industries such as ports/transport, industrial and manufacturing, health and property verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate market demand – Define target markets, understand the market needs and trends, identify high potential target customers, develop initial approach value propositions, call on senior personnel to identify, shape and validate sales opportunities
  • Close deals – Progress opportunities through the sales cycle, working with the BAI team to price, contract and close profitable deals.
  • Customer Focus – Dedicated to exceed customer expectation; use first-hand customer information to improve value delivery through existing and new solutions; act with customers in mind; establish and maintain effective strategic relationships to gain trust as a business partner.
  • Solution focus – provide input to the solution set based on customer and market feedback to ensure fit for purpose to the market need.
  • Value focus – To ensure all presentations/proposals have compelling value propositions for our customers.
  • Decision - Makes decisions based on a mix of analysis, experience, judgement and intuition; decisions consider alternatives and possible implications;
  • Partner – position BAI as a partner and key ecosystem player to develop new products, solutions and business model for future growth.
  • Delivery - Drive implementation and delivery of customer outcomes and exceed customer expectations.

LET’S HEAR ABOUT YOU

  • You will have 10-15 + years Solution development/business development sales experience
  • A strong ability to facilitate and influence to drive opportunities to completion
  • Public & Private Wireless industry and solutions sales success
  • Experience managing strategically sensitive, complex, and important bids
  • A strong Commercial acumen
  • Experienced in technical B2B solutions and sales
  • Vertical Industry insight across either MNOs, Commercial Property , ports/transport, industrial and manufacturing, health or government)
  • Excellent proven sales and strong client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or communications well-regarded
