Our client, a leader in its field is looking for an AI Governance and Compliance Analyst. In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring that the company’s AI initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role will be responsible for evolving the AI Risk Management framework, monitoring AI initiatives, and coordinating AI audits and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI governance, risk management, and compliance, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in data governance, business analysis, tech governance, or fields of data sciences or computer sciences is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the AI Risk Assessment template, ensuring it aligns with current regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments for AI initiatives, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Develop AI Monitoring Systems: Implement and maintain robust monitoring systems for AI models and initiatives
• Prepare Internal Risk Forum Updates
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance, Information Security, and Technology SMEs: Work closely with subject matter experts in risk & compliance, information security, and technology to ensure a cohesive approach to AI governance and compliance.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in Risk and Compliance
• Proven experience in one or more fields such as data governance, business analysis, tech governance, risk & compliance, data sciences, computer sciences or something similar.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to AI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
