The Role

Due to continued rapid business growth, we are looking to strengthen our fast-paced technical team. You will work closely with our experienced field technicians and Technical Manager to support our customer installations. Your focus will be on building the support program for our inhouse developed applications including liaising with our developers. Day to day you will be maintaining and improving our asset database and ticketing system. Triaging and resolving customer issues, updating device configurations and changing motion graphics.

Skills and Experience

• Customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding ITSM skills
• Organised and self driven
• Qualification in Computer Science with a focus on Software Development
• Experience with GitHub, Jira Service Management, Confluence
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge of front-end web development
• leveraging AI tools to accelerate throughput
