We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Officer to support our dynamic and fast-growing organisation of over 600 employees across multiple campuses. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top professionals in the education and healthcare sectors.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, fostering engagement and retention.

Learning & Development

  • Identify and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Implement learning initiatives that align with organisational goals and industry best practices.

Performance & Employee Engagement

  • Assist managers in setting clear performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Support performance improvement plans and career development pathways.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by leading engagement and recognition initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation using ELMO HRMS.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, organisational policies, and employment regulations.
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers across different campuses.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the education or healthcare sector.
  • Strong skills in recruitment, Employee engagement and performance management.
  • Proficiency in using HRMS platforms and related tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Please note successful candidates are required to have the following checks:

  • National Police Clearance (valid within the last 6 months) or willing to apply for one
